Renovation of a private mansion into a coliving space in the heart of Paris

Located in the highly sought-after Alésia district, the residence benefits from a lively environment and the dynamic Avenue Général Leclerc. It also benefits from an efficient public transport network, with Alésia and Porte d'Orléans stations (line 4) and Montparnasse station just a few minutes away.

The co-living project comprises 15 private rooms or studios, a kitchen, a living room, a games and relaxation room and a landscaped garden.
