Renovation of a building into a residence on a human scale

In the heart of Vichy, a UNESCO World Heritage site, the Le Royal residence is located in one of the town's most emblematic and historic districts, close to all amenities and opposite the Parc des Sources. Close to an efficient public transport network, the development is an 11-minute walk from Vichy railway station. Numerous bus routes are within easy reach of the residence.

Le Royal’ involves the conversion of an old building into 22 luxury flats, ranging from studios to 4/5 rooms. Some flats will have their own outdoor space (balcony or terrace).
