Development of a hotel and residential complex on the Deauville Saint-Gatien golf course

Saint-Gatien-des-Bois is located in the Calvados department, at the eastern end of the Lower Normandy region, in the canton of Honfleur. It occupies a privileged geographical position at the centre of a triangle whose apexes are Honfleur, Deauville/Trouville and Pont-l'Évêque. As a result, the region attracts many tourists from abroad, as well as the French. People from the Paris region can get to Trouville-Deauville by direct train in just 2 hours from the Gare Saint-Lazare. What's more, the golf course is just a 5-minute drive from the famous Deauville-Normandie airport.

The project offers a complete range of hotel facilities to meet a variety of needs. It comprises an ACCOR Group hotel with 140 rooms, including reception areas, bars, restaurants, kitchens, service rooms, administration offices, meeting and seminar rooms, ballroom, spa with treatment rooms, fitness centre, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and around 160 underground parking spaces. There will also be a hotel residence with 90 flats (1-2 bedrooms), reception areas and a multi-purpose room, plus 110 parking spaces. Lastly, the development includes 30 independent thatched cottages with 1 to 3 bedrooms and 1 parking space each. The development also benefits from the Deauville Saint-Gatien Golf Club, which has been offering a fabulous 18-hole undulating course over a magnificent 100-hectare area since 1988. A clubhouse completes the offer, including a golf proshop, restaurant, lounge bar, meeting room and kitchens. It also includes 50 underground parking spaces and around 50 surface parking spaces. Finally, the project also includes a residential offering comprising 80 Norman villas with parking spaces and 25 homes for estate employees.
