Development of an intergenerational services residence

Bordering Paris and situated in the heart of the Hauts-de-Seine department, Vanves is the twelfth most densely populated commune in France. The town offers the ‘Vanves Express’, a transport-on-demand service for everyday journeys for the over-65s. What's more, by 2030, the Grand Paris Express will be bringing its future line 15 South to Clamart, where the towns of Issy-les-Moulineaux, Vanves and Malakoff meet. It will connect with line N of the SNCF Transilien at the existing Clamart station.

In partnership with Bouygues Immobilier, the project involves building a multi-generational residence. Shared living spaces and a range of services on the ground floor will be available for students, young professionals, the elderly and other groups, encouraging interaction between generations and creating a dynamic and diverse community. In the centre of the residence, a large planted area will become a convivial space, keeping the city cool. A number of underground parking spaces complete the project. What's more, the development is just a 4-minute walk from the Malakoff-Plateau de Vanves metro station on line 13, providing easy access to Paris.
