The Project
Development of social housing
Meaux is part of the Pays des Meaux urban community (CAPM). The town lies in a basin carved out of the Brie plateau by the River Marne. The river that runs through the town forms a short loop that surrounds the Market district and identifies the town centre.
The Rose des Vents project involves the construction of 58 flats in two buildings on a plot of land 2 km from Meaux station.
