Development of a residence in a quiet wooded setting

Located in the Pays de la Loire region, Saint-Nazaire is France's shipbuilding capital. The town's Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard is one of the largest in the world, building ships over 300 metres long. Alongside Nantes, Saint-Nazaire is a major economic hub in the Grand Ouest region, thanks in particular to the port infrastructure of the Port Autonome de Nantes-Saint-Nazaire, but also to the importance of the industrial sector, with aircraft and shipbuilding.

Les Jardins de Lenn comprises 9 flats and 3 mid-range flats (3 to 4 rooms) and 2 4-room houses with high-quality features. Each flat has its own outdoor space (garden, balcony or terrace), some with a view over the lake. A lake at the heart of the residence completes the development, as does private parking.
