Refurbishment of a group of flats in a tourist residence
Situated on the Atlantic coast between the Pointe de Grave and the Bay of Arcachon, Carcans is part of the Médoc peninsula, famous for its vineyards and tourism.
The Résidence du Lac development comprises 35 flats ranging from studio to 4-room. Each flat has its own outdoor space (balcony or terrace), some with views over the lake. A relaxation area with sauna and gym within the residence completes the property.
