While 2017 was a year of consolidation, growth accelerated sharply at the start of 2018: in the first half of the year, assets under management stood at €70 million. Horizon was aiming for €100 million in assets under management by the end of 2018, and the milestone has been reached and surpassed.

/LAUNCH OF THE HORIZON IMPACT FRANCE HABITAT BOND FUND

Horizon AM, the portfolio management company of the Horizon group created in 2010, announces the launch of fundraising for France Habitat, the first sub-fund of the Horizon Impact fund. France Habitat aims to support the financing of social and eco-responsible real estate projects on the French market by investing in high-yield bonds selected according to environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
